Penrith captain Matt Moylan and winger Josh Mansour will make their State of Origin debuts after being picked in the NSW side for Origin I.
But rising star Bryce Cartwright has missed out on the team, instead being selected as a ‘development player’ for the series opener against Queensland at ANZ Stadium next week.
Moylan had in recent weeks emerged as the favourite to claim the fullback jumper after an impressive return from injury in the early part of the season.
Blues regular Trent Merrin missed out on selection.
