The Panthers will hold an open training session on Tuesday after qualifying for their fourth straight Grand Final.

Penrith produced one of the most dominant Preliminary Final performances of the NRL era, thrashing Melbourne 38-4 at Accor Stadium.

It was an even contest for the first 20 minutes but once the Panthers put their foot down, there was no stopping them. They piled on six tries – including a hat trick to Brian To’o – to move within 80 minutes of completing a Premiership three-peat.

“It is so hard to make any grand final,” Penrith coach Ivan Cleary said post-match.

“For this group and this year and just the season we have had, to go out and deliver that performance, I am very, very proud of everyone at the club and looking forward to next week.”

Penrith will now enter a busy Grand Final Week with the preparation to be highlighted by an open training session at BlueBet Stadium on Tuesday morning.

Gates will open at 10am with training to commence at 10.30am.
