A teenager has been seriously hurt in a head-on crash at Mulgoa this morning.
The incident happened near Roscrea Drive at around 5.30am.
It’s understood the accident involved a truck and a car, with Fire & Rescue NSW called in to free one of the drivers from the wreckage.
The Weekender understands a 17-year-old male was trapped for around an hour.
He’s being rushed to Liverpool Hospital. The other driver is also being taken to hospital.
Mulgoa Road has been closed in both directions near Roscrea Drive for some time, and will not open until later this morning.
Motorists are urged to use The Northern Road instead.
