Penrith hooker Mitch Kenny has been charged with a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle for his hit on Eels back Waqa Blake last night.

But he won’t miss any game time and faces only a fine regardless of an early plea or if he contests the charge.

Kenny was sin-binned in Golden Point for the tackle. The subsequent penalty put Parramatta in good field position and allowed Mitch Moses to kick the winning field goal in the 17-16 victory at CommBank Stadium.

Meanwhile, Eels forward Junior Paulo is facing a two to three match ban for his high tackle on Zac Hosking close to full-time.

Paulo was also sin-binned.

Eels winger Maika Sivo was hit with a Dangerous Contact charge and faces a two match ban if he fights the charge and loses. He can escape with a fine if he takes an early guilty plea.

Penrith take on Canberra next week and are expected to be without interchange hooker Soni Luke, who left the field under concussion protocols last night.
