A woman has been charged after she allegedly committed the same offence twice in just over a week.
The 38-year-old, from Cranebrook, was released on bail when she entered a supermarket and allegedly stole $300 worth of meat products on Thursday, January 21.
Just over a week later, on Sunday, January 31, the same woman entered a different supermarket in Jordan Springs and allegedly stole another $107 worth of meat.
Thanks to footage obtained from CCTV, police were able to investigate the matter and track down the woman.
She was charged with two counts of stealing and also for breaching her bail conditions.
She had her bail refused and is due to appear in Penrith Local Court tomorrow.
