Police investigate Emu Heights house fire

Police are investigating a house fire at Emu Heights this morning.

About 1.30am today, emergency services were called to Wedmore Road, Emu Heights, after reports a home was well alight.

Fire crews worked to extinguish the blaze. No one was home at the time.

Police from Penrith Local Area Command are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fire.

The cause of the blaze is not yet known.

At this stage it is not being treated as suspicious.
