Fancy a game of lawn bowls with some footy legends whilst raising some funds for charity?
Well, Men of League Penrith has you covered with an upcoming local lawn bowls event to be held later this month at Wallacia Bowling Club.
Panthers legend Royce Simmons will host the Men of League Bowls Day with former league stars Terry Lamb, Mark Bugden and Phil Sigsworth expected to be on deck to chat all things footy.
President of Men of League Penrith, Alex McKenzie, said it will be a unique event that’s well worth attending.
“The day will be a great chance for people to have some fun, mingle with others and support the Men of League,” he said.
“The money raised will support former players of the game, from all levels, and their families who have hit tough times.”
The Men of League Bowls Day will begin at 12.30pm on Friday, November 27. Tickets are $100 each and include a three hour drinks package plus lunch and lawn bowls.
