Western Weekender Terms & Conditions
All entries must be via the specified website – www.westernweekender.com.au/megagiveaway or via post to Western Weekender Mega Giveaway, Suite 2, 42-44 Abel St, Jamisontown 2750.
Entries must include the two code words that appeared in the editions of Home & Garden Magazine (Western Weekender supplement) on DATE and Date, as well as the requested 25 words or less on why the entrant wishes to win the prize.
Employees of The Western Weekender, Western Sydney Publishing Group, Trackit (distribution company), Spot Press (printing company) and their immediate family are not permitted to enter this competition.
Employees of any company providing a prize, or their subsidiaries, are also not permitted to enter this competition.
This competition is a promotion based on skill.
Winners will be notified by email or phone, and winners will also be published in the print edition of The Western Weekender where practical.
All entrants into the competition acknowledge that any details provided, including contact information, may be shared with the third parties involved in the competition. All entrants will be added to the Western Weekender digital mailing list.
The competition draw will be conducted at Suite 2, 42-44 Abel Street Jamisontown NSW 2750 by at least two staff members, and an independent scrutineer where possible, within 48 hours of the competition closing.
No entries will be accepted after the date specified in the competition entry page.
The Western Weekender is not responsible for inaccurate / incorrect information published relating to the competition.
The Western Weekender is not responsible for any purported entries that are not received for any reason.
The Western Weekender is not responsible for technical issues or congestion relating to the email or postal service.

There is no minimum age for competition entry, but those under 18 years of age should seek parental permission before entering competitions.

The Judge’s decision is final. Unclaimed Prizes: A prize draw for unclaimed prizes will take place three (3) months after the initial draw. All efforts will be made to contact the initial prize winner during this time.
