Philway Constructions was established in 1989 by brothers Phillip and Wayne Sales.
Over 30 years of hard work, Philway has gained extensive experience and an excellent reputation in all sectors of the building industry. This includes reliably constructing house frames for large home building companies, carrying out large-scale repairs to building defects on strata apartments for insurance companies, and completing numerous house renovations and extensions for individuals.
Philway has maintained excellent relationships with all suppliers and subcontractors over a long period of time, meaning customers receive a smooth and hassle free service.
Phil Sales has held a builders licence and nominated supervisors licence since 1989. Phil has worked on building sites big and small for over 30 years, and has supervised jobs from simple $500 door hangings, to $500,000 worth of building defects another builder left behind. There is not much Phil hasn’t seen over the years, that’s why you can trust that the job will be finished correctly, every time and on budget.
Chris Lawler has worked his way up from apprentice to head tradesman at Philway. After being a Philway employee for over 10 years, Chris’s hard work was rewarded in 2011 when Wayne retired and Chris took over Wayne’s role in the business.
Chris has continued Wayne’s professional approach to the business, and combined with Phil’s 30 year building experience, Philway continues to provide customers with honest, reliable and hassle-free service, no matter how big or small the job.
