Lead Trainer Andrew is a Special Operations Paramedic. He brings a wealth of expertise his career has taken him to remote, alpine, regional, and metropolitan areas across Australia, as well as challenging environments in South Africa, Mexico, and the USA. Andrew’s background includes working with Medical, Fire, Police SWAT, and Rescue Helicopter teams, where he gained invaluable insights that he now shares with thousands of first responders, paramedics, doctors, and nurses. In addition to his paramedic experience, Andrew has spent 12 years with the State Emergency Service, specializing in mountain search and rescue, swift-water rescue, vertical rescue, Urban Search and Rescue (USAR), and aviation operations, including serving as a rescue air observer with the Australian Maritime Safety Authority

Dipal was raised in India and moved to Sydney 15 years ago and has extensive experience as a Registered Nurse and a clinical leader supporting vulnerable people and their families in Aged Care Centres, ICUs, High Dependency areas and Cancer Centres.

Dipal brings a wealth of experience, commitment and passion for keeping people living independently in their homes and staying connected with family, friends and community, for as long as they choose.
