Southlands Shopping Centre in South Penrith will undergo a deep clean tonight after further venue exposures were confirmed.
Late last night a venue alert was issued for Woolworths with anyone at the supermarket between 11.35am and 12.30pm on Saturday, July 31 considered a casual contact .
They must get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.
Now the centre has confirmed that a person with COVID-19 attended the Priceline Pharmacy on both Monday, August 2 and Tuesday, August 3. No specific times have been notified, but it’s likely to be listed as a casual contact venue by NSW Health.
“We continue to value the health and safety of our community and are working with our retailers to provide you with a safe shopping experience,” Southlands management said in a statement.
“Please remember to use the centre and individual retailer QR codes to check in and out. Please wear a mask, use hand sanitiser and practice social distancing.”
