The incident happened yesterday morning when police were called to the pre-school to check on a vehicle that had been parked there for several hours with two people asleep inside.
A search of the vehicle located two knives and drug paraphernalia.
A 26-year-old South Penrith woman and a 36-year-old South Penrith man were issued Field Court Attendance Notices for ‘drug possession’, ‘possession of equipment for administering prohibited drugs’ and ‘custody of a knife in a public place’.
Both are due to front court at a date yet to be set.
