Dark dance craze comes to St Marys

It’s the quirkiest craze that’s taking off around the world and it’s coming to St Marys.

‘No Lights No Lycra’ is an hour-long dance workout that takes place in the dark… yes the dark!

It’s pitch black in the room and it’s happening at St Marys Rugby League Club every Tuesday night from 7pm-8pm starting February 25.

If you love to dance (without being judged) and want a space where you can completely let go of all your inhibitions, work up a sweat and shake off the stress of the week, then ‘No Lights No Lycra’ is definitely for you.

There’s no teacher, no steps to learn and no techniques, just a fun, friendly place to let loose and come alive.

It’s a great workout with your bestie or a group of friends. It’s daggy and sounds a little strange, but completely non-pretentious and great fun.

So, if 2020 is your year for trying something new, your year for getting fit, your year to put yourself first and have fun, check out ‘No Lights No Lycra’ at St Marys Rugby League Club.

See yourself in a whole new light, or total darkness…

There’s no need to book, just turn up on the night. Entry is just $10 per person and its fun for all ages. There’s plenty of free parking and areas to enjoy a bite to eat afterwards.
