Saturday night football will return to Panthers Stadium in 2020.
For the first time in recent memory, the Panthers didn’t play a single Saturday game at home in 2019, but that will change next season.
The 2020 NRL draw will be released tomorrow and will contain a number of Saturday fixtures at Panthers Stadium.
Penrith will host the Roosters in a blockbuster opening to the new season on Saturday, March 14 at 7.35pm.
It’s also understood Penrith will play the Broncos on Saturday, April 4 at 7.35pm at Panthers Stadium. It’ll be the first time the Panthers have played the Broncos in Penrith since 2016.
Another home game confirmed is in round six when Penrith host the Wests Tigers on Sunday, April 19 at 4.05pm.
Meanwhile, it’s also set to be confirmed tomorrow that Penrith will again host the final game of the regular season – this time against Parramatta on Sunday, September 6 at 4.05pm.
The NRL is yet to confirm what time they’ll officially release the 2020 fixture tomorrow.
