Penrith’s NRL season opener against Parramatta at Panthers Stadium is officially a sell-out.

The club says the final tickets were snapped up early this morningm, more than 48 hours before kick-off in the Battle of the West.

The last time the ‘house full’ sign was raised at Panthers Stadium was when the two sides met in 2014 and 19,141 fans cheered the Panthers to a 38-12 victory.

Fans attending Sunday’s game are encouraged to arrive early to avoid potential delays with finding parking and entering Panthers Stadium.

Those who have missed out on tickets are encouraged to watch the game on the giant screens at the EVAN Theatre and TC’s Sports Bar at Panthers Penrith Leagues Club.

With all three grades in action on Sunday, West Gate opens at 11.30am while North Gate and South Gate will open at 1.30pm.

Overflow parking will be made available behind the Panthers Exhibition Marquee and Mercure Hotel. Fans who choose to drive are asked to be patient and follow directions from staff.

Due to unprecedented demand, the sale of Panthers memberships has been temporarily suspended until Monday, March 12.

Sunday’s game will see 5000 flags given away to Panthers members, inspired by the club’s new call to arms as the players take the field – ‘Stand Up. Flags Up.’
