A crime scene has been established following the discovery of a fire in an industrial unit at Emu Plains overnight.
Emergency services were called to the unit on Smith Street about 1am today.
No one was inside the location at the time and fire officers have now extinguished the blaze.
Police from Penrith Local Area Command are now investigating the cause.
