Penrith hooker James Segeyaro has been ruled out of tomorrow afternoon’s clash with Newcastle at Hunter Stadium.
Segeyaro suffered an injury to his lip while playing against the Roosters on Monday night. He returned to the field after treatment but won’t be able to play against the Knights.
Segeyaro will be replaced by former South Sydney hooker Api Koroisau, who has been plying his trade in the NSW Cup while waiting for a chance to return to the NRL.
Koroisau played for Souths in their Grand Final win against the Bulldogs last year.
Segeyaro is expected to be back for Penrith’s round five clash against his old club, the Cowboys, at Pepper Stadium.
