A woman will front court after her quest for love allegedly crossed the line.
In March 2025 a 39-year-old Colyton woman met a 41-year-old man online.
The pair were friends, but the woman wanted to have a relationship with the man, and he did not.
At 5.15pm on Tuesday, April 29 the 39-year-old woman called the 41-year-old man, and he told her to leave him alone. The woman told the man that if he hung up on her, she would come over to his house. The 41-year-old man hung up on the woman and left his house.
At 8pm later that night the man returned home and saw the 39-year-old woman banging on his front door. The man left and called police.
The man also called a friend of his to ask if he could go to the 41-year-old’s house and see if the woman was there.
The man’s friend went to his house and filmed the woman jumping on the balcony at the house.
Police arrived and arrested the woman. She will appear in Penrith Local Court on Friday, June 13.
