Police are appealing for public assistance as they investigate an alleged assault.
About 5pm on Sunday, January 26, a man aged 25, and two 17-year-old teenagers were riding motorcycles in Devlin Road, Londonderry when one of the teens was struck by a Triton utility.
He was then assaulted by up to ten men not known to him, before his motorcycle was stolen.
The teen was taken to Hawkesbury Hospital for treatment.
A short time later, officers attached to Hawkesbury Police Area Command were flagged down by the 25-year-old man and 17-year-old man who reported the incident.
A crime scene was established at the location which was examined by the Crash Investigation Unit
Police are seeking public assistance to identify the occupants of a red Holden Barina that was at the scene of the assault.
