Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious crash at Colyton last month.
About 10.30pm on Friday, September 20, emergency services were called to Carlisle Avenue, near Roper Road, Colyton, following reports of a head on crash between two vehicles.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the 17-year-old female driver of a black Suzuki Swift at the scene. She was taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition and has since been released from hospital.

The 51-year-old male driver of a white Toyota Corolla was also taken to the same hospital as the other driver.
A passenger in the Toyota – a 13-year-old girl – was conveyed to Westmead Childrens Hospital.
Both occupants of the Toyota remain hospitalised and are in a serious but stable condition.

Officers from Nepean Police Area Command established a crime scene that was later examined by the Crash Investigation Unit.
As inquiries continue, investigators are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash – or has any available dashcam/mobile phone footage – to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
