Man urinating on wall of police station not surprisingly caught by cops

Police returning from attending a job on High Street in Penrith were shocked when they spotted a man urinating on the wall of Penrith Police Station.

The incident happened on Monday, December 7 about 1pm. Police approached the 23-year-old Penrith man, who at the time was in company of his three-year-old daughter.

The man was spoken to in relation to urinating on the wall and was subsequently searched. It is alleged located in the man’s backpack was a resealable plastic bag containing cannabis.

The man was arrested and taken into the Police Station. The young child was looked after by staff until the arrival of the child’s grandparents. The man was charged with ‘Possess prohibited drug’.

He will appear in Penrith Local Court on March 3. A notification was also made to Family and Community Services.
