A family of five has escaped a fire in Glenmore Park that has destroyed their home.
About 2.35am today, emergency services were called to Ridgetop Drive, Glenmore Park, following reports of a house fire.
Five people were inside the house when the fire started but all escaped without injury.
The fire was extinguished; however, the building was destroyed.
Officers from Nepean Police Area Command attended and have launched an investigation.
Fire investigators are expected to examine the scene later today, however, it’s not believed to be suspicious.
Inquiries are continuing.
