Our dynamic and growing law firm in Penrith, NSW is seeking experienced and motivated lawyers to join our team. We have opportunities across various areas of law, including Property Law and Conveyancing, Commercial and Business Law, Wills and Estates and Litigation.
About the Role:
We have a number of positions available, including roles that will require successful candidates to:
– Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients across our core practice areas
– Conduct conveyancing transactions, including residential and commercial property sales and purchases
– Assist clients with commercial and business law matters, including contract drafting and review, business structuring, and dispute resolution
– Prepare and administer Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianships and Deceased Estates
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and the local community
– Participate in business development initiatives to grow the firm’s presence in the region
Requirements:
– Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree
– Admission as a solicitor in NSW
– Preferred 2-3 years of post-admission experience in a similar role
– Knowledge and experience in one or more of the practice areas of Property Law and Conveyancing, Commercial and Business Law, Wills and Estates and Litigation
