Police have charged a man in relation to the death of another man in Londonderry.
About 9.20pm yesterday, police were called to an address on The Driftway, Londonderry, where they located a deceased male at the front of the premises.
A crime scene has been established and examined by forensic specialists.
A man was conveyed from the scene to Nepean Hospital with injuries.
Following his release from hospital, he was arrested and taken to Penrith Police Station.
The 20-year-old Londonderry man was later charged with murder.
He has been refused bail and will appear at Penrith Local Court this afternoon.
Inquiries are continuing.
