A motorcycle rider has died after a crash on the M4 last night.
Shortly after 11pm yesterday, emergency services responded to reports of a crash between a motorbike and a car on the M4 Motorway, Glenmore Park.
Officers from Nepean Police Area Command attended the scene and performed CPR on the rider – a 21-year-old man – however, he could not be revived and died at the scene.
The 53-year-old male driver was uninjured and was taken to Nepean Hospital for mandatory testing.
A crime scene was established that was examined by specialist police.
The M4 was closed for several hours, with traffic diverted.
Police will prepare a report for the information of the coroner.
