Peter Graham has been confirmed as the new Panthers Group Chairman, while a surprise change has also been announced in relation to the CEO role.

Brian Fletcher, who has been CEO of both the football and leagues club operations, will now sit as CEO of the Panthers Group, with Matt Cameron promoted to be CEO of the football club.

A loyal supporter of the Panthers since the club’s foundation in 1967, Mr Graham becomes the Chairman of the Board following five years of service as a Director of the club.

Entrenched in the Penrith community, he is a founding member of the executive of Emu Plains Little Athletics Club and has been the President of Nepean High’s P&C for six years.

He is also a Director of Panthers on the Prowl — the club’s flagship community program — and is a mentor of the Building Young Men Program.

Mr Graham replaces outgoing Chairman Dave O’Neill, who failed in his bid to be re-elected at the club’s recent Board election.

Mr Cameron has been General Manager of Rugby League for the past three years, and moves into the CEO role having been entrenched in the team’s day-to-day operations for that period.
