A woman was charged with a high range PCA offence after she collided with another car on the opposite side of the road on Monday, just after school pick-up.
At about 4pm on Monday, October 12, a 45-year-old woman was driving along Victoria Street in Werrington with a nine-year-old child in the car when she veered onto the incorrect side of the road, consequently colliding with another vehicle.
Both drivers were given a breath test with the 45-year-old returning a positive reading.
She was taken back to Penrith Police Station for breath analysis and posted a reading of 0.179.
