At about 7.15am on Saturday, May 23, police attended the residence in Hope Street in Penrith after a complaint about the noise coming from the property.

The 30-year-old man, who was sitting in his Red BMW, was allegedly playing music from his car stereo when police gave him a warning.

Police were called back just before 8.00am when the man was still playing the music.

Police had to return to the property again at 8.15am, 8.30am and again just before 9.00am when the man was finally arrested.
