Two men are wanted by Penrith Local Area Command after an alleged attack on a 16-year-old South Penrith boy on Monday afternoon.
The two males, both described as Pacific Islander in appearance, allegedly had a conversation with the victim on a bus they were all on.
When the group of three got off the bus on Wardell Drive in Penrith, the two men allegedly started questioning the victim.
At around 2.30pm, the young boy was allegedly being demanded to give his wallet and any extra cash he had to the two men which is when a struggle allegedly ensued.
The victim was able to escape after one of the men fell to the ground.
He suffered minor scratches to his chest and had a ripped shirt.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
