Healthscope says it’s business as usual at Nepean Private Hospital despite the group entering receivership.

McGrathNicol has been appointed to oversee the current sale process and transition to health group to new owners.

“While this process unfolds, please be assured that it remains business as usual across all Healthscope hospitals,” a statement said today.

“Our hospitals continue to treat and provide outstanding care for patients.

“There are no changes to patient admissions and no interruptions to surgeries. Our dedicated and skilled hospital clinicians across our 37 hospitals stand ready to care for you now and into the future.”

Healthscope says patients will continue to be admitted and treated as usual at its hospitals, including Nepean Private.

The company says it will continue to meet supplier payments as normal.
