The Northern Road is closed in both directions at Llandilo after a serious accident this afternoon.
The road is closed between Seventh Avenue and Fifth Avenue.
The accident happened at around 3pm and emergency services are on site.
Motorists should consider using Andrews Road, Castlereagh Road and Cranebrook Road. This diversion is suitable for all vehicles.
Buses are diverting away from The Northern Road and missing three spots in each direction. They are travelling along Fourth Avenue, Terrybrook Road and Ninth Avenue instead of The Northern Road.
It may be some time before the road is re-opened.
