Claremont Meadows crime spree

Police are appealing for information to identify a man after a series of aggravated break and enters at Claremont Meadows overnight.

About 11.15pm, a male armed with a handgun has forced his way into a house on Kulleroo Crescent and threatened the occupants before stealing their car keys.

This car was later found abandoned on Gipps Road.

It is believed the same person has then forced their way into houses on Mundowie Place and San Diego Avenue.

A second vehicle was stolen from a house on San Diego Avenue.

During this incident, a male and female occupant were injured. They were assessed by Ambulance Paramedics on site for suspected fractures.

This car was found abandoned a few blocks away on Samuel Marsden Road.

A search of the surrounding bushland was unable to locate the man.

He was described to police as 182cm tall, of medium build, Pacific Islander/Maori appearance with brown eyes and black hair

Anyone who sighting this man should not approach but contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.
