On average, Australian households boast about 24 smart devices, including standard appliances like air conditioners, fridges and TVs, as well as more specialized equipment such as robot vacuums. As one of the most popular smart home technology, auto vacuums stand out for their ability to take on daily cleaning chores without manual effort. Premium robot vacuums with mops like ECOVACS also conveniently integrate into the existing smart home ecosystem for coordinated actions with other devices. Today, nearly one in five Australian households own a robot vacuum, a number expected to grow as more people recognize their benefits.
Interestingly, economic pressures like rising energy costs are driving the adoption of energy-efficient smart home solutions. Approximately 28% of households are actively seeking ways to reduce their environmental footprint through smart energy systems, including advanced batteries that complement solar power solutions.
