One person has been taken to hospital after a house fire in Kingswood this morning.
Triple Zero calls started coming in just before 7am.
A single level house on Orth Street was well alight, with a major emergency response taking place.
Six fire trucks responded, extinguishing the blaze.
A resident from the home was rescued by firefighters and attended to by paramedics, before being taken to hospital.
