Chicken lovers rejoice – Harriet’s Chicken has landed just down the road at West HQ.
Harriet’s Chicken replaces the New Town Thai Eat Street outlet which was recently relocated within the venue and expanded to a 180-seat dedicated restaurant.
Gursu Mertel, West HQ Group Executive Chef, said Harriet’s Chicken will be a welcome addition to this vibrant precinct’s ongoing commitment to providing western Sydney with a world-class destination experience.
“We’ve focused on simple, untampered flavours and authenticity, with a unique diversity of fried and charred options equally celebrated across the menu,” Mertel said.
“Harriet’s Chicken uses a unique blend of herbs, spices, and cooking methods, including the decedent buttermilk soaking process for our fried chicken and meticulous 24-hour brine for our charred chicken. All to ensure the perfect first, second, or third bite – no matter what.”
From the juicy, succulent, slow-charred chicken and delicious crispy fried
chicken to the bountiful selection of nutritious salads and wholesome seasonal sides, every dish at Harriets Chicken celebrates fresh produce and is designed to leave diners feeling good and wanting more.
“Our Fried Chicken is a must-try; we’ve developed the most crispy crust, seasoned with special herbs and spices, served with herb and fried rosemary fries, a fresh salad or one of the signature sauces. It’s an epic feast,” Mertel said.
“Our team have found the perfect balance, with wholesome sides like charred flatbread featuring Harriet’s spice mix and tasty salads like Harriet’s kale and corn salad.”
