Charlie Staines has been called into the Penrith team to take on South Sydney at Accor Stadium on Saturday night.
Staines replaces the suspended Taylan May for the Preliminary Final blockbuster.
In addition to his suspension for a high tackle, May suffered a hamstring injury against the Eels a fortnight ago and is rated a 50/50 chance of playing in the Grand Final should Penrith make it.
Panthers coach Ivan Cleary revealed his team for Saturday night’s showdown with the Rabbitohs this afternoon.
There’s an expectation that Brian To’o may shift to the left wing with Staines to go to his preferred right-hand side.
Meantime, Souths have confirmed Siliva Havili will miss the game with a calf problem, with Jed Cartwright to play his first game since Round 20.
Alex Johnston and Jai Arrow have been named to play but will need to prove their fitness to make the final 17.
