More than 30 years ago ABBA played 11 dates in Australia before a total of 160,000 people. This trip was accompanied by mass hysteria and unprecendented media attention, and was even captured on film in ‘ABBA: The Movie’.

And though the band split up long ago, their music has remained popular with generations of fans.

Today, ABBA is considered one of the three largest selling recording artists in music history, alongside The Beatles and Elvis Presley.

To recreate this brilliant sound for Australian audiences, FABBA was established in 1996, initially as the FABBA girls. Then in 2000, auditions were held to find Benny, Bjorn and a drummer and bass player. In September 2000 FABBA was reformed as a live six-piece show band.

FABBA is now a popular corporate and world class international act comprising of professional musicians and musical theatre performers.

While FABBA are dedicated to replicating the ABBA sound, they have also added the theatrics, fun and modern style to the songs as seen in the musical come movie ‘Mamma Mia’.

The FABBA show has an entire wardrobe designed to capture the complete look of ABBA – from the 70’s to now.

FABBA on every occasion delivers a show that is highly energetic, visually captivating, musically brilliant, audience engaging and always totally entertaining.

Don’t miss the classics – ‘Gimme Gimme’, ‘Waterloo’, ‘SOS’, ‘Mamma Mia’, ‘Dancing Queen’ and a whole heap more.

FABBA takes audiences on a fantastic journey to places even the Priscilla bus hasn’t been!
