Two men have been arrested following an alleged stabbing in Kingswood.
Emergency services were called to Parker Street, Kingswood, about 10pm last night, where they found a man with multiple stab wounds to his groin, thigh and stomach.
Officers from Penrith Local Area Command attended and were told the man was involved in an altercation with a group of men before he was stabbed.
Police established a crime scene and began an investigation into the incident.
The injured man, a 21-year-old Campbelltown man, was taken to Nepean Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Two men – aged 22 and 21 – were arrested at the crime scene a short time later.
They were both taken to Penrith Police Station where they are assisting police.
Inquiries are continuing and investigators are urging anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any information, to contact Penrith Police or Crime Stoppers.
