One of the Latin world’s most acclaimed dance bands Armandito & Trovason will be hitting the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts stage this Saturday, June 16.
Hailing from Santiago de Cuba, Armando Garcia Perez, aka ‘Armandito’, has been at the forefront of contemporary Latin music, filling dance floors across Australia with his trademark explosive sounds.
Armandito & Trovason is a six-piece high-energy band characterised by a distinctive sound that blends traditional Cuban music such as Son, Rumba, Conga, Bolero, Mambo and Salsa with cool improvisation.
The mix is fresh, exuberant and sensual, guaranteed to get you up and moving.
