Police search for woman allegedly involved in St Marys armed robbery

Police are appealing for information and have released a CCTV image as part of ongoing investigations into an armed robbery in St Marys last week.

About 11.15am on Friday, April 30 an unknown woman entered a beauty salon on Queen Street, St Marys, before threatening an employee with a knife and demanding money.

The woman stole cash and fled on foot prior to police arrival. She was last seen on Station Street.

Officers from Nepean Police Area Command attended and commenced inquiries.

As investigations continue, a CCTV image of a woman police would like to speak to has been released.

The woman depicted is wearing a black maxi dress, denim jacket, black thongs and had a brown coloured handbag.
