Penrith locations on alert after new COVID-19 cases identified

Anyone who attended three Penrith venues on Sunday is being urged to be on alert for COVID-19 symptoms.

Three new community transmission cases of Coronavirus have suddenly popped up in South West Sydney.

At least one of those people visited Penrith on Sunday, attending the following locations:

  • Penrith Homemaker Centre (11am to 1pm)
  • Guzman y Gomez, Penrith (1.30pm to 2pm)
  • Home Co, Penrith – (2pm to 2.30pm)

Anyone who attended the venues above within the times listed is considered a casual contact and should immediately isolate and get tested even if they develop the slightest symptoms of COVID-19.

There is no need to isolate or get tested if you do not have symptoms.
