Inquiries are continuing after a suspicious fire at Cambridge Gardens this morning.
About 2am, emergency services were called to Downing Avenue after reports of a house being well alight.
A man and woman inside the home were able to leave of their own accord. There have been no reports of injuries.
Crime scene personnel will enter the building when it has been deemed structurally sound.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact them.
