Man bashed by group

A man suffered head and facial injuries after being attacked by a group in broad daylight.

 

The man was left unconscious on Australia Day after a witness reported he was bashed by a group of six men near Tench Reserve.

 

About 2.50pm last Thursday, a witness drove passed Bellevue Road, Jamisontown, and saw the 22-year-old Asian man being attacked by the group.

 

Police and paramedics were called to the scene underneath the M4 overpass where the victim was found unconscious.

 

He was conveyed to Nepean Hospital with head and facial injuries.

 

Five of the men could not be identified, but one was bald with a goatee wearing a black tshirt and jeans.
