MEDIA SALES EXECUTIVE
Penrith’s leading local newspaper is is looking for an experienced sales executive to join its team. The Western Weekender is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2016 and continues to defy industry trends. It is one of the leading independent newspapers in the country.
With Penrith’s largest on the ground media sales team, we’re dedicated to providing advertising solutions to businesses both big and small.
We’re looking for somebody who:
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has a proven background in sales, preferably media sales
- Can sell Ice to Eskimos – and the ice machine to go with it!
- Has a knowledge of the Penrith Local Government Area
- Is well-organised and a strong multi-tasker
- Isn’t afraid of deadlines!
Working from our Penrith office and reporting to the Sales Manager and CEO, you’ll be responsible for a client base that you’ll continue to grow.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
