A member of the Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang (OMCG) has been charged with drug, weapon and ammunition offences after an operation by the Gangs Squad’s Strike Force Raptor.
About 6am yesterday, officers executed a search warrant on a home at Wallacia.
During a search of the premises, police located amounts of cannabis and methylamphetamine (ice), suspected steroids, ammunition for a shotgun and a revolver, handcuffs, a prohibited knife and other items.
A 34-year-old Rebels member was arrested at the home and taken to Penrith Police Station.
He was charged with four counts of possess prohibited drug, two counts of possess prohibited weapon, and possess ammunition without a permit.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Penrith Local Court on Wednesday, July 15.
Inquiries into the seized items are continuing.
