Man hurt in motorcycle crash at Emu Plains

A man has been injured after crashing his motorcycle in Emu Plains overnight.

Just after 10pm, a 29-year-old man was riding his motorcycle when he crashed into a retaining wall on Jamieson Street.

He suffered serious injuries and was taken to Westmead Hospital where he underwent surgery.

He remains in a serious but stable condition.

Police from Penrith Local Area Command are investigating the full circumstances of the crash and would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the incident and have not yet spoken to police.
