Police are appealing for information as they continue their investigations into the death of a man in St Marys last Friday.
About 12pm last Friday, officers attached to St Marys Local Area Command were called to an address on Champness Crescent, St Marys, after a man’s body was located.
A crime scene was established and an investigation commenced.
A post mortem examination was conducted yesterday.
The 46-year-old man had suffered a number of head injuries. The results of the post mortem examination will form part of the report to the Coroner.
The man’s death is being treated as suspicious.
As local police, with the assistance of State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad, continue their investigations into the matter, they are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
