Three children have been taken to Westmead Hospital after a horrific car accident in Kingswood earlier today.
In a shocking end to the Easter long weekend, the car was travelling along Second Avenue when it ploughed into a power pole.
One child, believed to be a 20-month-old, was flown to Westmead Hospital by helicopter with serious injuries. Two other children have been transported to Westmead Hospital.
The female driver of the car has been taken to Nepean Hospital for treatment.
Police continue to investigate
