Just after midnight on Saturday, March 21, an 18-year-old female was asked to leave a local licensed venue on Peachtree Road, Penrith, but refused to leave.
The police were called and had to assist staff. The woman became involved in a wrestle with police and allegedly lashed out, kicking and punching them.
She is to receive a future Court Attendance Notice for two counts of ‘assault police’, ‘resist arrest’ and ‘fail to quit’.
She’ll appear before Penrith Local Court on May 6.
