A man has died after a collision between a truck and a motorcycle in the local area tonight.
About 7.40pm tonight, emergency services and police were called to the Northern Road at Luddenham following reports of a collision between a truck and a motorcycle.
Green Valley Police and highway patrol officers responded and found a 29-year-old male motorcyclist deceased at the scene.
The driver and single occupant of the truck, a male aged 39 years was uninjured.
A number of local traffic diversions are in place while an investigation continues.
A crime scene was established and specialist officers are examining the scene.
The Northern Road is closed in both directions and is expected to remain closed for about two hours.
Southbound traffic is being diverted at Adams Road while northbound traffic is diverted from Badgerys Creek Road.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
